Need a break? Traveling? Does your body need some rest? Before submitting a Hold Request, ask one of our coaches about our full body recovery treatments instead

This is not a membership cancellation request.

 

  • You have the option to put your automatically recurring monthly membership on hold for any reason.

  • Your membership hold will be processed within 4 business days.

  • Freezes must be at least 28 consecutive days

  • Memberships cannot be canceled while frozen

  • Upon expiration of the hold period that you select below, your account will automatically reactivate.
