Our semi-private training sessions are for people of all experience levels; they are designed to motivate, create accountability, and produce results!

With semi-private training, you will get a superior workout experience while building relationships that make each session fun; so you will stick with it.

Each session accommodates up to four (4) attendees and features fun, safe, and effective movements designed to help you achieve your fitness goals.

COACHING

A private coach who oversees fitness program; makes sure it's perfect for you, keeps you motivated and helps you stay injury free

ACCOUNTABILITY

Personal Accountability Coach who provides support so that you will never give up on yourself again.

FRIENDSHIPS

Have fun and join a fitness based tribe establishing relationships and making friends with other people in the group.
