Stephanie has always been an extremely active, passionate & expressive person.
She spent her childhood dancing and horseback riding and dabbling in any sport you can imagine. She was first introduced to yoga when a trusted teacher recommended it to help heal the imbalances from her various dance injuries. After one class she was hooked!
Stephanie completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in early 2014, where she gained a much stronger relationship with herself while also acquiring the skills and education to become an informed & invested yoga teacher. She has also completed a grounded kids (tm) training module, a myofascial Release training with YogaTuneUP, and a functional range conditioning course with Justin Wolfer.
Stephanie’s classes are an introspective journey of the body and mind in the moment.
Her goal is to keep students safe through strong alignment cues but to also give everyone, no matter what their fitness level an opportunity to explore their bodies/minds/feelings/ traumas/ freely and openly.
People who redefine their own limitations!
Self care is a discipline, NOT a luxury.
