Andrea Evans teaches vinyasa and aerial yoga, to mixed levels - from beginners to advanced students. Her classes are dynamic and challenging, and she offers modifications for individual students. Each class is unique and well-rounded, including: strengthening and stretching, some core work, balance poses, backbend, forward bends, twists and inversions. Andrea loves the practice of yoga for bringing the body and mind into balance. She has a warm and encouraging teaching style.
Andrea has completed three main yoga certifications, totaling more than 600 hours of training, with Integral Yoga Institute in New York. Andrea has been teaching aerial yoga since 2015, when she completed the basic training with Aircat Aerial Arts (headquartered in Boulder, Colorado).
Andrea has also certified as a personal trainer in 2014, with a focus on functional fitness, with the Athletics and Fitness Association of America.
